At Career Hub - Launchpad to Your Future, our mission is to help underserved high-school students connect with different career opportunities. We believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and we are committed to providing them with the necessary tools and resources to help them reach their goals.
Career Hub is an initiative connecting underserved high school students with industry leaders with a focus on exploring and preparing for career opportunities.

Vinay Sant
Founder and Co-President
Vinay is an 12th grader who is the president and founder of Career Hub, an initiative to connect high school students with career opportunities. Aside from Career Hub, Vinay is the captain of his school’s Varsity Public Forum Debate team. In his free time he plays the piano, plays soccer and pickleball with friends, and listening to music. He is very passionate about his community!
Ibrahim Arain
Founder and Co-President
Ibrahim is an 12th grade student at Lake Highland Preparatory School and is vice president of Career Hub. Ibrahim's other endeavors include captain of his schools Varsity Public Forum Team and research with the Council on American Islamic Relations. In his free time he likes to play basketball with friends and listen to music. He is a very smart and knowledgeable member on the team.
Rajan Sambandam
Founder and Co-President
Raj is a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania studying biology and economics. Raj is an Eagle Scout, has organized multiple entrepreneurship and career workshops, and enjoys volunteering in his community. In his free time he likes to play pickleball and soccer with his friends.
